About the 2015 Conference

The 2015 Employment Law Conference took place on 19 March 2015 and was a great success. The conference focused on recent and  key employment law developments, with a particular focus on the implication of these changes had for the delegates practice. Prominent employment law experts analysed and discussed recent case law and legislative amendments, highlighted proposed law reforms and what they meant.

Introduced by top rated Silk,  Christopher Jeans QC, the conference programme began with a keynote speech by the president of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales), His Honour Judge Brian Doyle.

The conference programme included updates on the yearly employment law reforms, as well as interesting updates on Holiday Pay, Employee/Worker Status – Van Winkelhof – and Shared Parental Leave. For 2015 we invited in-house employment lawyers and senior directors to speak alongside our private practice experts to help give context to these legal developments.
